Our Plant
At the heart of Ripple is our plant, which was built in 2009. At this state-of-the-art facility, glass is cleaned, sorted by color, crushed, and sized to give glass a second life as a valuable substitute for raw materials.
High Capacity, Zero Waste
Capable of processing over 80,000 tons of glass annually, our facility runs continuously to meet growing demand from regional container and insulation manufacturers.
1642 Crystal Avenue, Kansas City, MO 64126
Equipped with on-site direct rail spurs for continuous, bulk hopper car loading to regional manufacturers.
High-precision bichromatic and near-infrared optical cameras scanning particles at over 10 ft/sec.

Plant Tours & Virtual Access
Because our plant is an active, heavy industrial manufacturing site with heavy front loaders, high-heat rotary dryers, and high-velocity conveyors, we are unable to accommodate walk-in or public in-person tours.
However, we bring the plant to life through our virtual tour video above, educational guides, and community presentations!
